I received this Cease and Desist letter from VC's lawyer on July 30, while my site was shut down. I'll comply with demand (iii) at least, since I have not made any "false statements or accusations" -- only the truth.
This lawyer also sent letters to the people I sent copies of the game to, demanding that the copies be returned. Funny how their main concern seems to be that their competitors might get an "advanced look at some of the innovative features of the game, like First Person Football" -- even though this feature was known and seen for weeks before this letter was written. Clearly the real reason they're trying to reel in all these discs is because they contain incriminating evidence against them!
