Dear Mr. Seven,
Thank you for e-mailing Sega Technical Support.
In response to your email, dated May 6, 2003:
We're sorry to hear about your confusion regarding the BETA TEST for 2K4. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like we're going to be able to help you regarding this matter.
SEGA's policy is to NEVER test games outside of our headquarters in San Francisco. This ensures us the highest possible security for our products as well the most stable and controllable testing format. Simply put, we would never test a product of ours in Orlando. Also, we have never done business or even heard of any company called Sunshine Survey Systems, Inc.
As far as BETA X is concerned, we do not employ anyone by that name and have no idea who sent you the videotape mentioned in your email.
Perhaps you may want to re-evaluate your situation. It seems obvious to us that you have been the victim of some kind of elaborate practical joke. As for the 2K4 game you supposedly played, it is still in production and has not even been beta tested yet, so it is simply impossible that you were playing that game.
We appreciate your loyalty as a Sega customer, however, and wish to reward you with some of our most popular and exciting games; simply reply with your full legal name, mailing address and console of choice and we will ship them to you.
To contact a representative in regards to a job or career with Sega please visit www.sega.com under help and contact us. Thank you very much for your support and have a nice day.
Sincerely,
-Thomas
