At least I think it was Beta-7.
I was buying a pair of jeans at the Gap on Haight and I
swear to god I saw this kid walking around dazed, like he
was really high. He had bruises all over his arms and face
and he was just sitting outside the Ben & Jerry's across
the street for a long time. Nothing unusual about that
especially in Haight, but all of a sudden he just got up
and hauled ass and tackled this guy with a cone!
Everyone freaked because he passed out and the guy
was really pissed off and he had ice cream all over his
face but the Ben & Jerrys dude gave him a free cone and
he calmed down. They were trying to revive the kid but I
had to cruise so I don't know what happened to him. You
might want to check with the SF police or call the Ben &
Jerrys here and find out more info. It was pretty strange
and I couldn't believe I was actually seeing Beta-7 in
person.
I looked around to see if anyone had a video camera but
no one did at least that I saw.
