Mrs. Judy Mayer of Lakewood, Ohio, please forgive me. I apologize for my impertinence and perhaps too-forward approach earlier this evening. I had one too many Bloody Caesars, Canada's #1 alcoholic beverage, with dinner this evening, and well, I guess I lost my composure.
You see, Mrs. Mayer, things have not been going so well for me lately. Sure, I have all the ample creature comforts that being a wealthy and powerful seafood-based beverage executive affords, but yet, I can't help but feel a great aching emptiness inside. Yes, Mrs. Belsito and I still go to all the Clamato black tie affairs together, we smile for the photographers, we might even dance the tango. On the surface, to all the other seafood-based beverage executives and their respective spouses, we are the perfect couple. But looks can be deceiving. The truth is, the magic has been gone for years.
I guess when I saw your letters, Mrs. Mayer, when I saw that there was a woman out there who was as passionate as I am about Clamato, it made my heart sing. It gave me glimmer of the happiness of my youth, before all the harsh realities and pressures of being the undisputed market leader in the Seafood Blends beverage category came crashing down on my idealistic young head.
Damnit, Judy, I love you. There, I said it. I don't care if Mrs. Belsito or Mr. Mayer knows it, as long as you know it, my love. I can't go another day without feeling your sweet, seafood-and-tomato-perfumed lips on mine, my darling, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to have you.
I must have you, Mrs. Judy Mayer of Lakewood, Ohio, and I shan't take no for an answer.
