Do forgive me if this is covered somewhere on the site already. I've only just started reading the blogs. I was just wondering, though...it says in one blog that he had to sign a statement saying he wouldn't talk about the beta testing. No names, no details, and so on. This means two things. First, they have his real name, and second, they can sue over this site. What's taking them? Haven't they tried yet? Sure, in theory they'd be exposed, but they have the money to both stomp a normal person into the ground in court, and if they needed to, make lots of publicity against beta-7. So have they tried?
