BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT MEMOS, THAT'S WHY Here's a scan of one of those game reports that Beta-13 pulled out of the trash at VC HQ. People were asking why the memos that I posted didn't have the same headers as the sheets you see in the video, and that's because what you see in the video weren't memos, they were these report sheets.
