If a lawyer thinks there is a chance to get a big settlement then they will take a case with no $$ up front and a % of the settlement. I'll bet that is what Beta-7 has.

He probably took them down because someone from nf2lkx told him in his thread that you can't record a phone call and play it somewhere without getting permission from the person on the phone.
LOL, now I'm talking about this like it's real. It's funny stuff though, but we need more gameplay footage.

I find it hysterical that everytime someone finds a flaw in beta 7's "mission" that within a day there is some news story up that solves the giant hole in said plan.
I was just speculating over at NFL2kx the other day that I thought gamerchuck was created by Sega because their "Beta-7 viral campaign" has had to take such a negative turn due to beta 7 trying to legitimize itself. So, they create Gamerchuck. And they fight. It's funny and pretty decent marketing but Im having too much fun calling you out on it.

i wasn't reacting to you, or anybody else who posted on this site, i reacted to my lawyer. I didn't want to take the phone calls down, but i also didn't want to lose the services of this lawyer who has been nice enough to help me pro bono.

Em, why? Even if you do write down the conversations, thats no kind of proof for anyone. You could make that up really easily, so why does your lawyer want it?
