Sega Fan, I don't know why they weren't shredded, why don't you ask vc? And i said what you see IN THE VIDEO are report sheets -- beta-13 had to go through the bag once he got home before he found the memos.

VC knows it's their headquarters, and they'll have a hard time denying it. If you don't believe it's really VC HQ, why don't you go check it out yourself?

You can't see the car in the background's license plate.
If you notice, on the side of the dumpster, there's a sign that says "Marin Sanitation Services." Marin is the county VC is located in.

In a florida plate there is a space between the first 3 letters or numbers and the last 3 numbers/letter i.e. gh4 34k. a california one is like 4h23j4gjhd56

The space in the license plate isn't in the exact middle, it's slightly to the right of the middle. Florida plates' space is exactly in the middle.

Even if it is a Florida License plate (not that I am convinced really) it isn't unheard of that people from other states work at VC HQ. The dumpster says one thing and the license plate possibly shows something different. What is more likely to be somewhere it shouldn't be? What is easier to move a dumpster or a car? Think about it!
