They said they were changing Crash Cam to something that relates more to the game. Crash Cam is an interesting name, but when it comes right down to it, First Person Mode fits the game better.
Not totally sure about the dangerous position though.

I love your movies about going crazy on camera too! It would be the perfect commercial! Instead of having those awful promotion teams they can just hire you! You know if you guys really want to "get into the game" you could always try going outside and actually playing football instead of paying for a simulation of something you can do for free. It just sorta makes sense to me that if I'm going to pay for a videogame it should be a videogame where I get to do things I can't do in real life for free.

Yes! As i said in the comments a couple days ago, i've been looking into my legal options. a friend of mine may have found a lawyer who's willing to help me out, but if you know of one who'd be willing to look at my case pro bono, let me know in case this doesn't work out.
