I copied and pasted it from what fldude posted on the board. Since he got a letter on paper via snail-mail, I'm assuming he had to type it in himself to be able to post it, and if so, the typos are probably his.

Heh you know Beta-7, I just had an idea. If Sega is going to act like they don't want other developers to get access to their game maybe you should start sending copies out to all kinds of developers. Starting with EA sports.

Why not black mail sega by making them pay you some money or else you will go and give them to EA or other game companies. This same thing worked once with a hacker. He called up the FBI and told them he had total control over their server and if they hired him and paid him so much money he would make an anti-hack patch so that other hackers couldn't get in. The FBI actually hired him then and this guy become a hacker for the FBI. Its quite ironic how black mail can get you a job quickly LOL. Oh and the FBI hacker story, it is true, my uncle was once an FBI agent and he told me that story.

Getting rich was never my goal with this campaing against sega, all i ever wanted was for them to take responsibility for what they did, fix these blackouts they caused, and give me my life back. Are you talking about sending copies of the beta discs to EA, XxMeSsIaHxX? Cuz i don't know how much blackmail value that would actually have, with madden coming out in like a week. Besiedes, i feel that getting my story out there to enough people will bring more heat on sega than blackmail anyway. (I WOULD be interested in sending copies out to some high-profile people for safekeeping of the evidence, since sega/vc is trying to reel them all in -- but who?)
And uploading the beta copies probably wouldn't keep sega from selling copies, since the versions i have are unfinished and only playable on modified consoles. Plus, i'm trying to keep this dangerous product from being distributed, not release it like a deadly virus into an unsuspecting population. I don't want the thought of causing lots of other people to be afflicted with this condition on my consciense.

Beta-7 I warned you that your mother company would get pissed at you. I haven't been affected by this beta game yet, seems like any sports game I've played. I also got a letter from Sega saying the exact same crap. They also gave me a letter to put the disc in and post it back. I laughed, like they would send someone all the way down to Australia if I don't "return" it.

The award this year goes to our most voted case in Orange Couty, California.
Kirkeby vs. Fascenelli
Lawyers and judges in Orange County are out of control in California.
It is the trial lawyers and democrats that run the State of California, sucking the honest hard working people dry. The judges in the civil courts in Orange County continually allow the good old boys network to bring frivolous actions and allow them to continue and participate in the court system.
For example, one case that I found and researched is a case involving a former divorced woman who apparently has issue's and nothing else to do with her money (from a former divorce settlement) than spread it around to lawyers and the Orange County judicial system.
The case of the year that gets all the votes for being the most frivelous case is
Kirkeby vs. Fascenelli,
Kirkeby is a divorced woman who is suing her apparent birth brother. The plaintiff Kirkeby is very careful to continue to use her former married name in all of her pleadings, so I found out after researching county divorce records and connecting the dots.If she was my former wife using my name I would take the gas pipe !
Divorce records show in family court that this woman accused her former husband of child molestation so its no surprise that this action is going on See the family courts.
Cynthia Kirkeby(Plaintiff in this new action against Fascenelli) formerly married to a Robert Kirkeby : some guy who plays cards and apparently considers himself soome sort of card playing garu, according to the search engines when you put in his name.
Apparently some lawyer representing this Kirkeby is telling her just what she wants to hear according to the files I read on public records.
I've seem less pleadings and motions in the OJ Simpson trial
Fasceenelli the birth brother seems to be just defending himself or we assume, but further research shows that this guy has a law firm that has a reputation for high dollar fee's so its anyones guess what the hell is going on and who did what to who.....
The ironic part of this entire case is that when you look at the records and pleadings they seem to have been written by a scorned “x Wife” rather than the attorneys. They are for the most part " esoterec" by nature and contain nothing but mud slinging exchanges, rather than pleadings with merit.
My surprise is that this case made its way through he court system as far as it did without any problem, which proves that even you can sue and be right no matter what you plead in Orange County as long as you have the money.
According to the bankruptcy court(to which is now where the case is (duh) the legal fee's thus far in this case have exceeded 1,500,000.00. The OJ Simpson case total fee's were 978,000.00 for the not guilty verdict Legal fee's must be rising :)
This is the most ridiculous case I have ever read and want you to see it.
Search Kirkeby vs Fascenelli in Google and watch the results that come up, all the way to the supreme court !
This dumb ass case is apparently supporting the sharks and keeping the judges employed.
This entire case is over a defunct business having to do with "dog tags", “What the hell are they all thinking” We know what the lawyers are thinking :) New Lexus, New House, New Car and the beat goes on in California...so dont even ask about the recall or Arnold, this place is becoming more like Disneyland everyday !
After you read this bullshit case, you will have no doubt as to who is running this county

I recently sat with a single Mom over a cup of java who was loosing her home along with her dignity. She went to an Orange County Lawyer who told her that he would help her..First Mistake !
When all was said and done the attorney helped her out of her wedding ring (given by her former dead husband), her car, and her daughters trust fund that she had for college.
The single Mom still lost all that was dear to her, and her attorney wont return her calls now.
She filed a complaint with the "infamous" California State Bar, and the bar wrote back and informed her that they do not get involved in fee disputes. (duh) another lawyer
The California State Bar although they "say that they police the attorneys ethics and conduct the truth of the matter the California State Bar was formed by the attorneys, and financed by the attorneys. The State Bar gets all of the interest money that is paid on lawyers trust accounts. Why would they do anything to hurt their cause. Yea I know their web site stats say they disbarred so many attorneys last year blah blah blah ? Hell those cases were so blatant their was blood on the floor and someone caught the shark while his teeth were still in the bite. Complaining to the State Bar about a sharks conduct is like going to the fox who is guarding the chicken house and asking him to protect and serve according to their porofessional ethics.....
Lawyers should be policed by an independent board of civilians much like police departments are watched. A man can steal much more with a brief case and a dark suit than he can with a gun.

Why in the hell would anyone want to become a lawyer, especially in Orange County. Becoming an attorney in Orange County is like selling hamburgers next to McDonalds.... (Would anyone financially back such a business venture to do so)yet they all seem to make a living in high rise buildings dont they ! You do the math and demographics.
The biggest joke If you think Im blowing smoke as to how this has all been set up, visit the bankruptcy court in Orange County. They have a sign over their that says "We Gladly Accept Master Card or Visa"
Jesus H. Christ what they hell are they doing to society...Bankruptcy court credit cards ! Is anyone else seeing what I am ? The trial lawyers need to go and return the State to the people....Its all set up much like Vegas, to get your money. When the judges in Orange County begin sanctioning these sharks for frivelous matters, then you will see a change. Other than this the beat goes on in Orange County with more lawyer bullshit.
