IS THERE ANYBODY OUT THERE?
Screw this emailing stuff. I decided this morning that I just need to get a real human (or the closest equivalent employed by Sega) on the phone. Easier said than done though, since there's not really a voice prompt that says, "If one of our beta tests has turned you into a raving, homocidal maniac, press 4."
Spent literally all damn day on the phone, getting disconnected, calling again, getting the runaround. Obviously I'm not going to get through to who I need to talk to through their switchboard, but I don't know how to get any direct numbers. Everybody just kept switching me to their supervisors, and I was trying not to tip my hand to much till I'm actually talking to somebody who matters. Guess it ain't happenin today though.
